We still have a few apples left for Sunday. As of this morning we should have plenty to get through today. Certain varieties are getting a little picked over and have limited supply.
Apple picking is still available for the 10th and 11th! We are nearing the end of our crop, but we should have apples all through this weekend, and possibly the following Saturday (Check back next week).
We have decided not to make cider this year. We were unable to secure enough apples to start up the mill. We hope for a better cider season next year.
We still have plenty of great apples to pick. Check the "What's ready" page for details.
Unfortunately we won't have cider available this weekend. We just haven't been able to get the quantity of apples we need to start up the cider mill.
No pumpkins or corn maze this year.
We have decided not to pursue the corn maze this season. This has been a bit of an experiment for the last two years, and it just isn't working out. The crop keeps blowing down and blocking the path that we have cut creating problems with the maze as well as potential safety concerns.
This lead us to the decision to not bring in Pumpkins this year either. We discussed it and decided we would rather reccommend you visit our friends pumpkin patches, then for us to just scatter some around the farm somewhere. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cider will not be available for at least the first part of the season. We like to use our apples for our you pick customers, and our normal suppliers of cider apples in Hotchkiss have had a tough year, so we will start making cider as soon as apples become available.
For our Plum lovers, we have some bad news... Last November Colorado experienced a freezing event that changed the temperature from around 70 F, to -14F in a 24 hour period. This freeze killed all but 3 of our plum trees. It also completely wiped out our Granny Smith's, some Fuji and a lot of the Gala's. We have left the trees standing to show the impact that mother nature can have.
Fall is just around the corner. We will be opening a bit later this season, probably in early September. Check back for updates.
